The Corn Exchange invited us to participate in a town wide LANTERN MAKING project, created in response to the challenging year they’ve had.  They are creating a magical and Covid-safe WINTER LANTERN TRAIL.  This will take place over three days between 11th-13th December through the
centre of Newbury, displaying an exciting collection of large sculptures and community made lanterns for families to explore in a socially distanced fashion.

The Mortimer Federation were delighted and excited to take part!  Here are some of our children in Lantern Making action.
